How should I go about selling my Used Video Games?

by admin on August 13, 2010

I have nearly 120 Video Games in my collection that are worth roughly $850. I used www.videogamepricecharts.com for the prices. I want to sell these but I’m not sure where. Ebay, Craigslist, etc. I need some advice.

I’ve tried Game stores and they underprice very badly. So don’t recommend these.
They are Combination of SNES, NES, N64 Playstation, PS2 and XBOX games

ebay, craigslist,purplewave,garage sales,family reliative,play n trade,

most places are going to under price you and ebay wont work unless you set minimums on everything but it doesn’t guarantee a sale either you could try to sell some of them off as a bundle on ebay and get some games that wouldn’t sell to sell by packing them in with something that would be guaranteed to sell

First of all, you may not get $850 dollars. Second, what type of console games are they, or are they PC games? If they are PC games, don’t even bother selling them, everyone now-a-days uses hacked games unless they have multi-player, via the internet, modes. If you are in Canada, try selling them on Kijiji. If in the U.S., try selling then on Kijiji as well, but I am pretty sure not as many people are familiar with it there. Ebay would be worth considering, but you may not get your money’s worth. I would suggest selling them to friends and people to from school/work first.
